The itSMF conference 2011 in Antwerp - Belgium was a great success with more than 500 participants, representing different sectors and countries, with many interesting and thought provoking presentations.
Mark Smalleys presentation 'Application Lifecycle Management from business perspective using BiSL' was followed by 150 attendees and led to interesting discussions about application management and business information management.
