The various Management processes are focused on the collective control of executable processes for 'services' and 'applications' and are fed by the executive and management/control level. As a result of this, the future-orientedness and the daily reality are firmly and explicitly rooted in these processes.

The aim of the process of Planning and Control is to ensure that the agreed service, with the right capacity and in the appropriate time (if applicable) is realised with the use of the correct input of (human)capacities at the right points in time.
Cost Management

Cost Management ( 2 Files )

Cost Management covers the processes around the controlling of the costs of providing the ICT service. Cost Management provides information about the business economics in order for an optimal assessment between cost and performance to take place.
Quality Management

Quality Management ( 6 Files )

The aim of the process of Quality Management is to maintain (internal) quality of the process and product by defining and guarding it.
Service Level Management

Service Level Management ( 5 Files )

The aim of the process of Service Level Management is to guard and improve the customer satisfaction and improve the service delivered to the customer.
