In order to share our knowledge and best practices with the wider community, Mark Smalley travelled from 19th to 23rd September 2011 to Hyderabad and Bangalore, reaching out to more than four hundred professionals at seven speaking engagements plus other meetings.
Programme In chronological sequence: • Presentation for the Hyderabad Software Process Improvement Network (HYDSPIN, www.hydspin.com), hosted by Wipro • Meeting and presentation at Wipro in Bangalore for senior Quality Management and ITIL professionals • Presentation at NASSCOM (www.nasscom.in) Infrastructure Management Summit in Bangalore • Presentation at itSMF India (www.itsmfindia.co.in) in Bangalore, hosted by the International Institute of Information Technology (IIITB, www.iiitb.ac.in ) • Presentations at MindTree in Bangalore for the Knowledge Management domain • Meeting and presentation at Capgemini in Bangalore for the Business Process Outsourcing and Application Development and Management domains Topics Mark spoke in general on Business Information Management and Application Management, sketching the current and possible future challenges and referring to our ASL and BiSL frameworks and best practices.
