With more than 100 participants our theme session on 'Organising Business Information Management: BiSL Best Practices' was very successful.
Monique van Tartwijk, St. Elisabeth Hospital Tilburg, explained how she started 3 years ago with the organisation of business information management in the hospital. Inspired by the process framework BiSL, she implemented several processess on operational and tactical level. Implementing the role of 'system owner' appeared to be a key issue. Frank van Outvorst (Getronics PinkRoccade), one of the authors of the BiSL framework book, shared tips and tricks with us for implementing business information management processess, using BiSL. How to organise regional and national activities in business information management within the Dutch Police Forces was the topic of the third presentation, by Henri Huisman.
