Certification of individual professionals is provided by EXIN throuigh their ASL- and BiSL Foundation exams. See Education.

For application managament teams there is also a possibillity to obtain an organization based certificate. On November 14th 2007 the NEN, the Dutch Institute for Standards, introduced a standard for Application Management, the NEN 3434:2007. Organizations can have their Application Management activities audited to this standard. This local standard was developed in cooperation with the ASL BiSL Foundation and is based on ASL. In oktober 2008 a translation of the standard in English is expected. In the meanwhile the foundation is preparing this local standard to be introduced for the fast track procedure to become an international standard.

Certficiation audits
