On March 3rd Mark Smalley conducted a workshop Top Challenges in Application Management for the Sogeti Competence Center Methods in Luxembourg.
This was the forth workshop in this series and Mark updated his white paper to incorporate the new results. Viewed from an IT perspective, the main challenges are: • Speed of business change • Complexity of hybrid application landscapes • Relationship between business and IT • Immature demand management The next two workshops in this series are planned for The Hague (April 13th) and Hong Kong (May 3rd). |
