In Februari 2009 our Indian ASL Ambassador, Sharada Prasadita, gave a lecture on Managed Services at an international event organised by the National Institute of Rural Development.
The delegates were from Africa, Middle East and Asia. She profiled ASL and ITIL and showed their relevance to the various domains. Her message was well received and resulted in invitations to speak in Dubai, Kenya and Turkey. |
