On 7th Feb 2009 Mrs Sharada Prasadita, our ASL Ambassador in India, gave a lecture for 100 students and staff members of the Computer Science and IT Department at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science – BITS Pilani – at Hyderabad Campus.
This was a one hour Presentation on “Managed Services – What and How?”, and introduced ASL as one of the useful frameworks when organizing Managed Services. The discussion with the Head of the Department and the Director of the Institute also resulted in the Authorities keen on proposing a Course on Managed Services next year for the students.
